"The Beauty of Light" was created using 24k gold Byzantine glass which symbolizes light filling the void and radiating outward.

"Ring the bells that still can ring, forget your perfect offering, there is a crack, a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in." These words by Leonard Cohen in "Anthem" gives us hope to celebrate life and feel joy after personal loss.

This work is currently on exhibit at The Hive Gallery in Bee Cave, Texas as part of the Austin Mosaic Guild's member show, "Beautifully Broken, a Mosaic Exhibition". The show runs from Jan. 15 to Feb. 21st.
